Rae: Sandpoint

Bryan and Amber were recommended by my next-door neighbor, who employed them to do many different jobs needed before the house went up for sale.  I had seen them working hard outdoors (cleaning out flower beds, raking, mowing and edging the lawn) as well as painting (the garage as well as some inside work).  So I introduced myself, and said I could use some help.  I hired Bryan to mow and edge my lawn, on a weekly basis, and he did an outstanding job.  He and Amber did other outside work, such as removing a very large shrub I couldn’t handle, and fencing in my raspberries.  They also contracted to paint my garage.  They are excellent, conscientious workers, who take pride in what they do.  They are trustworthy folks and I am happy to recommend them.

We were selling our place on Whiskey Jack Road.   Bryan and Amber made the place ready to sell.  They repaired siding, painted the home, repaired doors, replaced hot water tank, replaced drywall, installed carpet, fixed subfloor, ran dryer vent to outside, & renovated bedroom.  Outside they kept lawn mowed and worked over rose beds, restored deck and added railings, painted carport.  Neighbors were pleased. They also staged the home for realtors.  The home sold and they moved furniture out.  I was very pleased, I ask them to take care of the situations and they were done.

We decided to put our house on the market. In order to do so, we hired Amber and Bryan to come in and help de-clutter and pack our things, renew, revamp and rehabilitate our home to make it competitive on the market. It was wonderful being able to let go of the daunting tasks that kept us awake at night and leave what needed to be done to the capable hands of these incredible people. We handed over our keys and even went on vacation while they got it all fixed up! We have sold our home and they have since become dear friends.

I met Bryan when I was visiting my father at Hearthstone Village, an assisted living home. He is their Handyman. I live and work in Spokane and when my father broke his hip he needed 24 hr care. After he moved back home I needed someone to help with projects around the house. Bryan installed railings and ramps where it was needed, did some repairs in the kitchen, and installed carpet over the slippery floors. He has since become my go-to-guy for everything. I trust him completely and not just because I know Hearthstone does extensive background checks on the people who work there but also because Bryan is one of the nicest guys I know.

Experience was wonderful from start to finish. BBHS came to the rescue when my painter failed to follow-through on the contract. They came on short notice, stayed within my budget, and the work was phenomenal! I have an older home that needed lots of TLC. Bryan and Amber made the house look new again and they are fabulous folks to work with. Thank You!
